Netfork led the complete transformation: renaming and rebranding the concept, crafting a brand personality rooted in curiosity and adaptability, and redesigning the carts to align with this spirit. We overhauled the menus, infused them with vibrant simplicity, and implemented smart operating systems—from cost control to HR and financial management—all within the constraints of the existing infrastructure.
