Initially conceived as a high-end Italian eatery with a minimalistic menu, Il Loft brought the essence of Rome to Cairo’s Arkan Mall. But despite its stunning interiors and authentic culinary vision, the concept struggled to resonate with the local audience.
The core issue? A disconnect between product, pricing, and market preferences.
Netfork Team stepped in to reimagine the brand’s direction. We led a complete transformation—broadening the menu to celebrate international flavors while keeping authentic Italian dishes at its heart.
We restructured the pricing to strike a balance between perceived value and profitability, making the concept more accessible without compromising quality.
With only minor tweaks to the visual identity, we preserved the underground ambiance that defined the space, while executing a full menu revamp and a data-driven pricing strategy.
The results were immediate and impactful: soaring sales, strong word-of-mouth, and a growing fan base across October 6 and Sheikh Zayed.
Within five months of relaunching, Il Loft opened a second branch in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement—solidifying its status as a local favorite known for live cooking and an immersive open-kitchen experience.
